In this role, you will contribute to the creation of visually compelling designs that enhance brand identity and engage audiences across digital and print channels. Accountabilities:
- Design high-quality visuals for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to maintain a consistent visual identity
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with strategic objectives and brand guidelines
- Create graphic assets for both digital and print formats, including banners, presentations, brochures, and infographics
- Contribute to motion or interactive design projects to enhance user engagement
- Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across multiple devices and platforms
- Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and timely delivery
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in digital marketing or technology-focused environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative range, visual storytelling, and design execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their influence on user experience
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus
- Expertise in typography, layout, and color theory
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, creative mindset
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) for international collaboration and presentations
