Graphic Designer (Remote - Latam)

In this role, you will contribute to the creation of visually compelling designs that enhance brand identity and engage audiences across digital and print channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and UX, to develop creative solutions that align with strategic goals. Your work will directly impact user experience, brand perception, and campaign effectiveness, while allowing you to explore innovative design approaches and stay at the forefront of industry trends. The position offers the opportunity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with technical execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

• Design high-quality visuals for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to maintain a consistent visual identity
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with strategic objectives and brand guidelines
• Create graphic assets for both digital and print formats, including banners, presentations, brochures, and infographics
• Contribute to motion or interactive design projects to enhance user engagement
• Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across multiple devices and platforms
• Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and timely delivery
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in digital marketing or technology-focused environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative range, visual storytelling, and design execution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their influence on user experience
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus
• Expertise in typography, layout, and color theory
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, creative mindset
