As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional project teams across multiple client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with strategic goals. You'll set the tone for the PM team, define processes, and QA their work while managing client expectations and internal communication standards.
Responsibilities
Salary Range: $4,500 - $6,500 USD / month
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a team of Project Managers to ensure top-quality project execution
- Define and implement project management best practices, SLAs, and SOPs
- Audit, optimize, and standardize workflows across multiple accounts
- Manage client communications, project scope, deliverables, and deadlines
- Lead process improvements and system implementations (ClickUp, onboarding/offboarding, etc.)
- Ensure efficient resource distribution, prioritization, and team accountability
- Contribute to overall business strategy, operations, and team performance goals
- Maintain a 50% billable workload while coaching PMs and influencing operations
- Establish 30-60-90 day success plans and measure performance
- 6-10+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or e-commerce agencies
- Proven leadership experience directly managing teams
- Strong background in process creation, system implementation, and client-facing delivery
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and delegation skills
- Agency experience managing multiple service lines is required
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to "fix and build" within a growing agency environment
- English fluency required (C1+)
Salary Range: $4,500 - $6,500 USD / month
