Trever is a fast-growing fintech company providing digital asset infrastructure for financial institutions. As a Head of Product, you will shape the product vision and lead the execution of our product strategy to build a user-centric product.

 

Your Tasks

  • Overall responsibility for our product development: product management and roadmaps, user experience (UX), process logic, etc.
  • Implementation and continuous development of the product strategy
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Managing diverse stakeholder interests (C-level, engineering, sales, customers, etc.)
  • Coordination and decision-making on product-related goals and strategies


Your Profile

  • Motivation to build a user-centric product that fundamentally transforms the financial industry
  • Several years of experience in banking, financial services, capital markets, fintech, or product management (ideally in a B2B SaaS context)
  • Basic technical knowledge of software development
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, agile, and strategic thinking skills
  • High effectiveness, self-initiative, and confidence in decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills (English and German) and a strong sense of responsibility

Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at €4,200 for a full-time position.
