We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to help productize cutting-edge machine learning models in the audio domain (ASR, SpeakerID, LangID, noise reduction). This role requires expertise in designing, developing, and deploying speech processing systems in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speech Engineering: Develop and optimize ASR engines, process audio signals, and use tools like FFmpeg. Improve ASR performance metrics (WER, latency, F1 score).
- Machine Learning: Deploy and optimize ML models in production with PyTorch and GPU acceleration.
- Development & Integration: Write clean code in Python (95%) and C++ (5%). Build Docker images and integrate system components.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy scalable solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- CI/CD & Workflow Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Monitoring & Debugging: Use Grafana and log analysis for system performance monitoring.
Strong Plus (not required):
- Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway).
- Familiarity with SageMaker, DVC, and model training.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Expertise in Speech Processing and audio signal processing.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for production-level software.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD practices.
