Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre Construction
Location: Upper Austria
Salary: €140,000 – €150,000 + Benefits

The Company

The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of a new build data centre project in Upper Austria, managing a multi-disciplinary scope across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning phases. You will lead the site team, liaise with the client and design partners, and ensure that quality, safety, and performance targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data centre project.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Drive programme performance, cost control, and risk management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
- Report progress to senior management with transparency and accuracy.
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record delivering mission critical or complex technical construction projects (Data Centres, Pharma, Semiconductor, or similar).
- Strong technical understanding across MEP and CSA disciplines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English; German is beneficial but not essential.
