Talent Development Intern

To strengthen its services, ALTEN BELGIUM is actively looking for a “Talent Development Intern”.

As a Talent Development Intern, you will contribute to key initiatives that support our consultants’ growth and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Talent Management Support : Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual performance review process in Belgium.
• Employee Experience Enhancement : Analyze feedback from satisfaction surveys to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to initiatives that elevate the employee experience.
• Process Automation : Help streamline daily operations by supporting the automation of recurring tasks.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze consultant feedback and follow-up data to uncover trends and areas for improvement. Prepare weekly reports on key activities and collaborate with managers to define actionable next steps.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Curious and comfortable working with Excel and Power BI.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
