In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, particularly in an agile environment. You will collaborate with developers and product managers to develop and execute test plans, identify bugs, and provide actionable feedback that will contribute to product enhancements. Your expertise in testing will be vital to maintaining the high standards associated with our AI solutions, ensuring that they meet customer expectations for performance and reliability.
Responsibilities

- Design and execute test plans and test cases for various software applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and verify fixes in subsequent releases
- Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and propose testing strategies
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to communicate testing priorities
- Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
- Monitor and report on testing progress and overall product quality
- Stay current with industry best practices in software testing and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in software testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
