Python Back-end Developer

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote (or hybrid) role for a Python Back-end Developer at GinCare. The Back-end Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable back-end systems, integrating with front-end applications, and ensuring secure data transmission between our wearable health monitoring sensors and the mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain back-end web services and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and embedded systems engineers.
• Manage databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure high standards of security and data privacy for sensitive health information.
• Work closely with the product team to align development efforts with business needs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Experience in building and scaling web applications using microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary within the range of 18,000 PLN - 30,000 PLN gross, depending on experience and skills.
