Our client, a leading logistics company based in the Port of Antwerp, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their headquarters and work closely with teams across their operational sites. In this role, you will play a key part in mapping, analyzing, and improving business processes to support new software implementations and process optimization projects.

- Gather and analyze all necessary information for process analysis, collaborating with relevant stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
- Document business processes using visual diagrams and process designs.
- Participate in project teams, taking ownership of process documentation and analysis.
- Act as the link between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Share insights and knowledge to help build organizational expertise and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of business processes.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think both conceptually and in detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident, structured, and proactive approach to change management.
- Organizationally strong and effective in gathering and transferring information.
- Higher education degree with at least initial experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with software implementations.
- Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Familiarity with logistics operations, including forwarding, warehousing, transport, and customs processes.
