As we scale, we're looking for a Product Manager who combines business accumen with hands-on execution— someone who’s comfortable navigating complexity, balancing strategic context with day-to-day delivery, and helping us evolve how we work as a product team.
Responsibilities
- Work across a portfolio of products, helping define priorities and coordinating delivery in collaboration with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Support the development of product discovery and delivery practices — from clearer roadmaps to more structured feedback loops and metrics.
- Translate business goals and partner requirements into actionable product opportunities and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering on scoping, prioritization, and trade-offs, ensuring solutions are feasible, compliant, and commercially sound.
- Use data and insights to frame problems, monitor product performance, and guide decision-making.
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout, communication, and adoption of new features and products.
- Maintain an informed view of market, customer, and regulatory trends that shape our product direction.
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 of experience in product management, ideally in payments, fintech, or another complex B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products or initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking — comfortable connecting customer needs to business outcomes.
- Skilled in working with technical teams, understanding APIs, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Confident communicator with fluency in English, who can bring structure and clarity to ambiguity.
- Familiarity with compliance-heavy or regulated products is a plus.
- Pragmatic and hands-on: you enjoy getting things shipped and learning along the way.
- Curious and collaborative: you seek input and build alignment across disciplines.
- Comfortable working in evolving structures: you help create processes and rituals supporting alignment, clarity and efficiency.
