About The Job

You know that moment when a user clicks something and it just works? That’s not magic, it’s design. And it’s what you’ll be crafting every day.

At Sofico, we’re building platform that helps manage leasing, fleet, and mobility operations. It’s complex under the hood and your job is to make sure it feels effortless on the surface. You’ll be the bridge between what users want, what the business needs, and what engineering can build.

What You’ll Do

  • Uncover user goals, their blockers and provide evidence-backed solutions
  • Model current and future states through journey maps, domain/data models and API’s
  • Build flows, wireframes, and prototypes with a focus on screen behavior, edge cases, and accessibility
  • Run lean studies in a challenging environment with limited access through and synthesize findings
  • Define UX and accessibility criteria
  • Test prototypes and live software, flag the issues and suggest fixes
  • Align user journeys with API needs. Document endpoints and maintain traceability across flows
  • Work closely with PMs, Engineers, and Data experts to ensure feasibility, instrumentation, and analytics

Your Skills and interests

You’re relentlessly customer-focused: you listen, anticipate needs, and turn feedback into better experiences.

Communication is your superpower. You can explain design decisions without jargon, present ideas with confidence, and adapt your message to suit your audience. You’re not afraid to challenge assumptions constructively, with the goal of building something better, together.

You’re also a natural collaborator. You bring people together, align perspectives, and keep the energy positive even when things get complex.

What else is expected:

  • 4–7 years across UX, service design, product/business analysis, or similar hybrid roles
  • Strong wireframing/prototyping skills (Figma or equivalent); component-level thinking
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs (request/response shapes, auth, pagination, error handling)
  • Ability to write crisp UI specs (UI states, validation rules, acceptance criteria) developers trust
  • Experience running user experiments, workshops, and interviews independently
  • Experience applying design thinking / double-diamond frameworks
  • Nice to have: Fintech/Leasing domain experience; event-driven architecture or domain-driven design familiarity; accessibility tooling

  • Company car with fuel card/ charging card
  • Meal vouchers
  • Group and hospitalization insurance
