What You’ll Do

• Work with a market leading organisation in their respective sector on cutting edge GenAI projects across the organisation.
• Tackle real business problems through AI-driven solutions — from virtual assistants to automation and optimization tools.
• Apply a mix of generative and predictive AI techniques, including:
• Prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and model fine-tuning
• Speech-to-text and agentic applications
• Image generation, interpretation, and NLP
• Classical statistical and machine learning methods
• Develop and deploy scalable AI applications using Python and a modern data stack.
• Work end-to-end: from data exploration and modeling to deployment and performance monitoring.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Leverage access to diverse, high-volume datasets to create tangible business impact.
• Collaborate within an Agile team that values transparency, lean delivery, and shared learning.

What You Bring

• 3+ Years as a Data Scientist
• Proven experience working with Python in applied data science or AI projects.
• Solid understanding / Knowledge of GenAI techniques (Prompt Engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, etc.)
• Working experience in AI Projects
• A strong analytical mindset and the ability to learn new AI frameworks quickly.
• Great communication skills - you can turn data insights into business value.
• A team-oriented attitude with a focus on ownership, speed, and collaboration.
