EU Neuroinflammation (NI) Project Coordinator (Rare Disease)


Function: Neuroinflammation, Rare Diseases

Reports to: Head of Neuroinflammation Europe (Rare)


Are you an organised, proactive, and digitally savvy professional ready to make a meaningful impact in the field of rare diseases? We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our European Neuroinflammation Cross-Functional Team, supporting key initiatives that bring innovative therapies to patients across Europe.


As the EU NI Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless collaboration between Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams. You will manage day-to-day project coordination, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to complex, cross-functional projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain digital collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to enable effective communication across regions and functions.
  • Support the execution of EU-level projects, including vendor management, procurement, and compliant document storage.
  • Partner with data privacy and procurement teams to ensure adherence to EU data and compliance standards.
  • Monitor budgets in close cooperation with Finance and FP&A partners.
  • Manage contracts for congresses, events, and external collaborations.
  • Coordinate team meetings, reviews, and audits, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Neuroinflammation Europe, including calendar, travel, and expense management.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and logistical support for new and existing team members.
  • Build strong networks across EU and global stakeholders and drive select commercial projects aligned with strategic priorities.


What You Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in project coordination or executive support within a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven experience in budget management and audit support.
  • Excellent digital literacy; experience with commercial or healthcare teams preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • PMP certification and willingness to travel within the EU are advantageous.
