Description:

Serve as a versatile data professional responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end reporting solutions that drive regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and security hygiene. This role requires expertise across the data lifecycle, from architecture and engineering to visualization and analysis, to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions and strengthen organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data-driven dashboards and metrics that provide transparency into regulatory compliance, operational performance, and security hygiene.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, identify authoritative data sources, and ensure reporting solutions align with compliance standards, operational goals, and security hygiene.
• Build and maintain automated, sustainable data pipelines and models using SQL, Python, dbt (Data Build Tool), and other modern technologies to ensure data quality and efficiencies.
• Transform complex datasets into accessible insights through Tableau and Power BI dashboards that communicate trends, performance indicators, and compliance outcomes to all levels of the business.
• Monitor reporting operations, proactively resolve data issues, and continuously improve the efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability of analytics solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between data and decision-making by translating regulatory, operational, and security requirements into measurable, data-driven outcomes.
• Apply strong data storytelling skills to articulate key findings, highlight emerging risks or opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

Skills

• BI tools, namely Tableau and PowerBI
• Demonstrated knowledge of data modeling best practices for business intelligence
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and security metrics
• Skilled with building ETL/ELTs using python to intake data from a variety of databases, APIs, and other common data sources / formats (CSVs, JSON, XML, SharePoint, Etc.)
