About you

We are looking for a Operations Support Specialist to be the primary support point for users, ensuring their seamless success and satisfaction with our automated negotiation product by resolving needs, driving process improvements, and fostering essential cross-functional collaboration.

Please note that this is a fixed 4-month contract.
Salary: €1,800 gross (per month)
Work time: the role operates within the USA timezone to support our core users. Typical start time will be between 13:00 and 15:00 (Tallinn time).

Your daily adventures will include
  1.  User support and success.
    • Support the end-users of our automated negotiation product with a customer-centric mindset, helping them address issues and challenges.
    • Drive the success of negotiations by proactively engaging with users through calling.
    • Help users achieve agreements and effectively utilize our software platform.
    • Make informed decisions on the most efficient way to deliver high-quality support during full-roll-out phases.
  2. Operational excellence and process improvement
    • Collaborate with the Implementation team to edit configurations of existing automation elements in Pactum, ensuring optimal automated processes.
    • Participate in analyzing project results and proactively suggest future improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
  3. Collaboration and project delivery
    • Work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver best-in-class negotiation projects.
    • Collaborate with the customer success & growth team during the live phase, jointly ensuring the delivery of client and Pactum value through automated negotiations.
    • Contribute to company and team KPIs, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.

What you bring
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Comfort communicating new ideas for process improvements.
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
  • Experience using a CRM is preferred, OR demonstrated ability to pick up new technology quickly.
As a bonus, it would be great if you have:
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Experience in outbound sales, call centers, or cold calling.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Experience working in translation.
