Commissioning Manager (Electrical Bias) – Data Centre Projects | Finland & Norway

We’re seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager with an electrical background to lead the commissioning delivery on cutting-edge data centre projects across Finland and Norway.

Working for a leading international client within the mission-critical sector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems are tested, validated, and integrated to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the electrical commissioning process across multiple large-scale data centre sites.
• Manage commissioning teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project schedules and technical standards.
• Oversee commissioning documentation, FATs, SATs, and integrated system testing.
• Interface closely with design, construction, and client teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
• Drive quality, compliance, and handover standards to meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large MEP or data centre projects.
• Strong electrical engineering background (HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, etc.).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with multi-national teams.
• Willingness to travel between Finland and Norway as required.
• EU or UK working rights essential.
