We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of experts developing software for wearable sensors and patient monitors used in multiple product lines. Your team is a main contributor to both product programs and technology development projects. Responsibilities

• Attract and mentor a team of talented software engineers supporting their personal growth
• Drive excellence through use of AI and continuous improvements
• Foster a culture of collaboration, common goals, ownership, and delivering on schedule
• Align team contributions to programs and organization priorities
• Lead software teams in program execution
• Collaborate with experts to create technical roadmaps aligned with customer needs
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Leading teams creating high-quality software products
• Using modern software development processes, tools, and best practices
• Experience applying AI to improve software development processes
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Ability to inspire, set clear expectations, coach, and foster a positive and inclusive culture
• Solution-oriented and curious mindset with passion for continuous learning
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and EU work permit
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Master’s degree in the field of Software, Electronics, Biomedical, or equivalent
• Passion for technology and innovation with inner self-drive to solve challenges
• Experience hiring and developing top talent in highly effective engineering teams
• Experience with embedded systems, physiological measurements, algorithms, wireless technologies, test automation, RTOS, Linux, build & integration
