Responsibilities:

• Oversee the release management process to minimize operational risks in production and test environments.
• Coordinate planned changes between development and production teams.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Seamlessly integrate new business applications into the ecosystem, from design to implementation, across various environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Production).
• Coordinate and execute technical tasks based on the requirements of various stakeholders (Security, Platform, Production, Infrastructure, Providers, and Development).
• Identify and mitigate risks, technical issues, and dependencies across the project.
• Collaborate with third-party providers on technical requirements.
• Develop project documentation in collaboration with the Development team.
• Estimate IT task workloads during the project lifecycle.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives via the Problem Management process to reduce downtime for business applications.
• Development, Service Management (Incident/Problem Management), DBA, Network, Citrix/Virtualization, Tooling, IT Security, IT Risk.
• Software and Service Vendors, Business Process Outsourcing clients (banks using our IT platform and services).

Profile:

• Master’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of development languages and application servers: Java, JBOSS, C++.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools: Openshift, Kubernetes, and DevOps principles.
• Familiar with production tools: FTP transfers, schedulers.
• Previous experience in the banking sector is a plus.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, versatile, with strong interpersonal skills and team spirit. Proactive in proposing enhancements and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Serena, ArgoCD, NetScaler, Java, Apache/IIS, Openshift, Kubernetes is a plus.
