Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications.
- Take ownership of features from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best engineering practices.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and help shape our engineering standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our tech stack.
- 4+ years of experience building consumer-facing web applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in PHP and Laravel framework.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in Vanilla JS, jQuery, or modern frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Solid understanding of MySQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience with frontend design principles and a good eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively improve processes.
- Passionate about education technology and motivated to contribute to helping students succeed.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, or other advanced frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
- Experience with scalable architecture design and microservices.
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with new technologies and improving system performance.
