Liquidation specialist

Halian Luxembourg is recruiting for his client a liquidation specialist who'll take the lead on a portfolio of liquidation mandates to join their growing team.

Well located in the city center, you have the opportunity to discover a dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting or reviewing liquidator resolutions and minutes of general meetings of shareholders
• Providing timely and adequate responses to clients' needs
• Managing a portfolio of liquidation mandates under the guidance of the manager
• Preparing or reviewing liquidation budgets, cash reconciliations, payment instructions + VAT and tax returns, liquidation accounts
• Overseeing the entire liquidation process with other external people

Your Profile:

• You are fluent in English & French
• You are proficient in using the Office suite
• You are motivated, proactive, rigorous, and structured .
• You hold a degree in Finance or Economics, or law
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting or OPC accounting
• You possess excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• You have a strong team spirit, availability, and flexibility.
