INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY — LUXURY FASHION PROJECT MANAGER (MARKETING & INFLUENCE)


About the Maison

Founded in Paris in 2021 by Claire HirschZHIGGIE is a contemporary couture house that offers a singular vision of femininity through collections entirely crafted in Paris, within its own atelier.

Known for its refined craftsmanship, signature silhouettes and poetic aesthetic, the Maison bridges the spirit of couture with the effortless charm of Saint-Tropez.

With its flagship boutique in Saint-Tropez and a strong international growth online, ZHIGGIE has rapidly become one of the most promising new names in French luxury fashion.


Mission

Working closely with the founder and the senior project manager, you will play an active role in developing the Maison’s marketing strategy and global visibility.

You will be involved in influencer partnerships, email marketing, digital communication and the enhancement of the brand’s image across platforms.


1. Partnerships & Influence

  • Identify influencers and public figures aligned with ZHIGGIE’s aesthetic and values.
  • Conduct daily research on Instagram and evaluate profiles using HypeAuditor.
  • Build strategic activation proposals supported by relevant insights.
  • Write detailed influencer briefs (tone, visuals, direction, key messages, timelines) aligned with the brand’s identity.
  • Negotiate and manage collaboration contracts, coordinate activations and oversee content validation.
  • Handle celebrity placements and product gifting, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and image.
  • Measure campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver analytical reports.


2. Email Marketing & CRM

  • Design and schedule email campaigns through Klaviyo, in full respect of the Maison’s visual and editorial guidelines.
  • Write and format newsletters, segment audiences and analyze campaign performance.
  • Implement automated flows (welcome series, reminders, seasonal activations).
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on tone, storytelling and visual direction.


3. Communication & Content

  • Support the coordination of photo shoots: logistics, image selection, post-production follow-up.
  • Propose creative ideas to strengthen visual communication (Instagram feed, newsletters, website).
  • Contribute to Instagram editorial planning, ensuring visual coherence and couture sensibility.


4. E-commerce & Digital Performance

  • Work on Shopify to enhance the site’s content, visuals and overall customer experience.
  • Support content upload and contribute to improving the online journey.
  • Assist in the setup and monitoring of Meta campaigns (Facebook / Instagram Ads).
  • Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) and support continuous improvement initiatives.


Profile

  • Master’s degree student in business, communication or fashion (Bac +4/5 level).
  • Previous experience in the fashion and/or digital field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury, with a sharp eye for image and detail.
  • Excellent command of Instagram and a deep understanding of luxury communication codes.
  • Proficient in Shopify, Meta Suite (Business Manager), Klaviyo, Canva, Excel, and HypeAuditor.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English required (French appreciated).
  • Genuine interest in creative, refined and demanding environments.


Internship Details

  • Duration: 6 months starting February 2025
  • Compensation: €750 / month + meal vouchers + 50% of transport costs
  • Location: Paris 16ᵉ – Maison headquarters
  • Full-time – On site
  • Possibility of permanent position (CDI) at the end of the internship
