Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Student. The individual in this role will support day-to-day technical operations, including assisting with IT support tasks, analyzing technical challenges, and implementing solutions. The role will also involve collaboration with teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize IT systems, while gaining hands-on experience in the field of computer science and information technology.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Information Technology
• PHP and laravel or React.js or Phyton development skills
• AI agent and/or LLM/RAG development experience
• Proficient Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to provide effective Technical Support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
• Clear and professional Communication Skills for team collaboration and documentation
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and interest in contributing to innovative projects
• Experience with IT tools or certifications is a plus
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
