Ready to take ownership and make an impact? In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing PMO team, oversee complex projects, and help define how world-class software solutions are delivered to our customers.


What you can expect:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of experienced Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee a portfolio of concurrent customer projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to scope.
  • Drive regional Professional Services KPIs including utilization, delivered revenue, and profitability.
  • Monitor project performance, manage escalations, and ensure consistent delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
  • ·Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align resources and ensure seamless handover from presales to delivery.
  • Support the development of Statements of Work and delivery plans for new projects.
  • Maintain and enhance PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure excellence and standardization across teams.
  • Conduct governance and portfolio review meetings to track progress and address delivery risks.
  • Act as part of the Professional Services leadership team, contributing to regional and global improvement initiatives.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and professional development within the PMO team.


What you should bring with you:

  • 3+ years leading a PMO, or 8+ years in Project or Program Management within an enterprise software or technology environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Professional Services department of a software or technology organization.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale software implementation projects (>€500K, >12 months duration).
  • Experience overseeing complex project portfolios (30+ projects) and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing project managers.
  • Background in Professional Services organizations and familiarity with PSA tools (e.g., FinancialForce/Certinia, Kantata, Planview).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (required).
  • ITIL V4 Foundation or MSP certification (preferred).
