VP Artificial Intelligence & Data

AI Futures are the exclusive Search Partner for a DAX-40 organisation headquartered in Bavaria.

The company have delivered an extremely successful transformation programme since Covid enabling them to leverage billions of customer contact points and employ cutting edge Generative AI techniques to drive triple digit million growth in profit. The new AI department is the largest investment the organisation will make over the next 10 years and this role will receive significant funding to unlock €200m EBIT growth in the next 3-5 years.

This opportunity has a direct route to C-level and the Executive Board within the next 24 months, with a succession plan in place for the right candidate.

The leadership team have created a new business function with a newly created VP responsible for:

• Creating AI & Data roadmap for the organisation
• Identify and implement AI solutions to drive huge profit growth
• Building a scalable AI & Data function
• Inspirational leadership to enable the company to drive AI transformation
• Representing the new AI function at board level

Search Brief:

• Leadership level at large organisation (Director, VP, SVP)
• Previous experience delivering AI & Data organisations in enterprise environments (€5bn+ revenue)
• Experience hiring and creating a successful AI & Data department (ideally up to 75 FTE)
• Demonstrable successful transformation track record
• Hands-on background in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning highly advantageous
• 1/3rd office presence in Bavaria required
• Fluent German and English
