To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for Working Student Data Analyst (all genders).
What you'll do
- Support the Data Team in turning business requirements into actionable insights and analytical solutions.
- Assist with Tableau improvements and dashboard maintenance, ensuring data is accurate, clear, and useful.
- Explore and analyse data using tools like Python, SQL, and PySpark, and help track requirements across products and apps.
- Grow into broader analytics work, such as defining metrics, improving data processes, and generating insights that guide decisions.
- You’re currently enrolled in a German university (required).
- You’re based in the Berlin / Brandenburg area and can travel to the office one or two days per week.
- You have strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and great attention to detail.
- You’re comfortable working with data and digital tools, and eager to learn new technologies when needed.
- You’re proactive, reliable, and learn best by doing — aware that good analytics is as much about execution and data quality as it is about insights.
- You have solid written and spoken English skills.
- You have a clear interest in data analysis and data-driven decision making, and see this role as a step toward your career in analytics or data science.

- As a working student, you will be paid on an hourly basis and gain hands-on experience with modern data tools in a mission-driven, customer-centric organisation. You’ll be part of a team that values learning, ownership, and curiosity, with room to grow into real data analytics responsibilities.
- You can work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks.
