We’re looking for a Finance Performance Reporting Analyst to join our team in Dublin. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data analytics, and business strategy — perfect for someone who thrives on delivering clarity and impact through numbers.
About the Role
As a Finance Performance Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in developing Power BI dashboards, building dynamic financial models, and partnering with senior stakeholders to support planning and performance discussions.
You’ll act as the bridge between finance leadership, business teams, and our offshore technical support, ensuring high-quality, data-driven insights power our decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards using established data sources.
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and update Excel-based financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning.
- Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate trends and business performance.
- Work closely with offshore technical teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and automate reporting processes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Power BI expertise — dashboard design, DAX, and data modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills — dynamic, assumption-driven financial models.
- Solid understanding of financial principles (P&L, KPIs, forecasting).
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills using PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience collaborating with offshore or cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
