Job Responsibilities

The Digital Insights Intern will be involved in an important journey to strengthen consumer centricity through projects that encompass traditional research, digital research and data integration.

As a newly established team within the Marketing Directorate, the Marketing & Consumer Data Engine team drives initiatives to integrate first-, second-, and third-party data, to generate actionable insights and a robust data foundation for increasingly conscious and consumer-connected decisions.

We are looking for a resource to join the Marketing & Consumer Data Engine team for an internship, to support both operational and project activities in different areas of research and analysis, with a focus on both technical and organizational aspects.

The selected person will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on global projects, contributing to the construction and improvement of data-led decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the evolution and implementation of a Consumer Data Strategy to embed consumer centricity in different areas of the business (e.g., product development, branding, communications, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital data processes.
  • Support the analysis of consumer digital data and the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Participate in project meetings with Italian and international teams, providing operational support in defining and following up on activities.
  • Assist the team in advocating consumer centricity across the organization by sharing best practices and empowering stakeholders in the adoption of data tools.

Job Profile

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing Psychology, or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency using the Google suite (Sheets, Docs and Slides). Looker Studio and Gemini are considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with consumer feedback tools and concepts (e.g., social listening, review analysis, survey platforms) will be considered a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
