About Neopay

Neopay is one of the fastest-growing fintech in the Baltics, offering open banking payments, card acquiring, and payout automation solutions for e-commerce and digital businesses. Our payment infrastructure connects hundreds of banks across the EU, helping merchants simplify transactions, reduce costs, and scale faster.

We're expanding our Open Banking department and looking for a Product Manager – Card Acquiring to lead the development of ATM, POS, and e-commerce solutions that drive innovation in the acquiring sector.

What you do

·        Develop and implement the product strategy for ATMs, POS terminals, and e-commerce.

·        Actively monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and respond to competitor activities.

·        Oversee product and feature planning, development, testing, launch, and maintenance.

·        Establish business processes and hand them over to responsible teams.

What You Bring

·        At least 2 years of experience in a Product Manager position (in the payments or financial sector).

·        Understanding of ATMs, POS terminals, and e-commerce.

·        Knowledge of legislation, standards, and requirements necessary for operations in compliance with laws and regulations.

·        Strong communication skills and the ability to work with various teams.

·        Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Advantages

·        Experience with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

·        Experience with SQL and databases.

·        Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
