About Pulsetto

Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness device companies, helping people around the world — from the US and UK to Europe and Australia — reduce stress and sleep better with innovative vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) technology. You may have seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.

Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team of 50+, moving fast and working collaboratively — and now we’re looking for an Events & Project Manager to take Pulsetto’s brand presence to the next level through world-class global events and activations.

Position overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Events & Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver Pulsetto’s global events — from trade shows and B2B conferences to PR activations and retail partnerships.

Your mission will be to create structured, scalable event processes, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and turn every activation into a measurable growth and visibility opportunity.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand, Creative, and Retail teams, ensuring every event — whether in Europe, the UK, or the US — represents Pulsetto’s premium brand experience and delivers tangible business results.

Your day-to-day

  • Plan, organize, and execute 2–4 global events monthly (trade shows, B2B conferences, PR & brand activations).
  • Build and maintain an annual global event calendar aligned with Pulsetto’s brand, sales, and PR strategy.
  • Manage logistics end-to-end: event registrations, contracts, shipments, booth setups, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Content & Creative Lead on visuals, materials, and storytelling to ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with the Retail team on in-store and pop-up activations.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and event partners to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Deliver post-event reports and measure KPIs (leads, reach, brand visibility, ROI).
  • Support strategic partnerships and collaborations initiated through events.

What we’re looking for

  • Around 2 years of experience in event or project management (preferably in consumer brands, retail, or marketing).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills experience — you keep things moving and people aligned.
  • Experience coordinating international events or cross-country logistics is a big plus.
  • Creative mindset paired with operational precision — you can both plan and execute flawlessly.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience in wellness, lifestyle, or consumer tech industries.
  • Background in partnerships, retail activations, or PR coordination.
  • Understanding of event ROI measurement and reporting.

Soft skills we value

💡 Ownership mindset – take responsibility, follow through.

📈 Strategic thinker – connect actions with measurable impact.

⚙️ Operational common sense – prioritize and act practically.

💬 Clear communicator – align teams and partners.

🚀 Growth-oriented – always testing, improving, scaling.

What we offer

  • Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or fully remote if you’re based elsewhere.
  • Collaboration with international experts across Europe, the US, and beyond.
  • A chance to grow in a fast-paced, ambitious team that’s shaping the future of wellness tech.
  • Office perks for our Vilnius team – including free lunch 3 times a week.
  • Birthday day off – celebrate on your terms.
  • Pulsetto device – support your well-being daily.
  • An open, supportive environment where dreaming big is part of the job.
