We’re looking for a Software Engineer to be part of our team and work on a project in Luxembourg.

The ideal candidate should combine backend, frontend, and DevOps skills, making them capable of participating in the entire application lifecycle, from design through production and maintenance support.

Tasks:

• Conduct thorough review and analysis of functional and technical requirements
• Design software solutions and provide accurate effort estimations
• Implement programming changes using Python, Java, JavaScript, XML, WSDL, and SQL
• Perform unit testing to validate functionality and ensure code quality
• Investigate and resolve software bugs and defects across environments
• Provide second-level support for production issues and escalated technical inquiries
• Follow up on reported problems and ensure timely resolution
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve system stability
• Automate CI/CD processes and manage infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a software engineer in SQL and Javascript technologies (React; Angular, etc).
• Proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Outsystem.
• Experience in React/ReactNative/JavaScript.
• Experience with Anaconda and Python.
• Proven experience in JBOSS/Java/JSF/Spring Boot.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with AWS and Azure.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Sybase DB, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in building APIs and Kafka for both internal and external products.
• Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD using Jenkins, Maven, AzureDevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Kurebernetes, Linux, HELM.
• Continuous build and integration using Sonar and Liquibase.
• Github or another source code repository.

Experience with the following frameworks and technology:

• Java (11), Spring Framework, REST / SOAP webservices, JMS, React
• Shell scripting (Unix, bash, shell)
• DBMS Systems (Oracle, Sybase, MySQL)
• Application Servers (JBoss, Tomcat, NodeJS, Spring, etc.)
