What do we expect from you?

This is a key and evolving role within the team. You will be the go-to person for coordinating first-level requests:

• Client follow-up
• Progress tracking of cases
• Quick responses and personalized support
  
  

This is a full-time position (40h/week), daytime hours, Monday to Friday, on-site at our office: 4 rue des Joncs, Howald, Luxembourg
