Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager at Sopra Steria, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships. You’ll understand their individual needs, provide them tailored IT solutions and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the excellent service clients expect from Sopra Steria. Staying informed of industry trends, managing timelines, and answering client issues using confident communication and technical knowledge will be your day-to-day job as an Account Manager. You’re mindful of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while building long term partnerships for community-wide digital transformation and business success.
Qualifications

You have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth in financial sector
- Problem-Solving Skills: Innovative and strategic thinker.
- Commercial Expertise: Demonstrated success in business development and pitching.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail-oriented.
- Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and an existing network.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience: minimum 5 years
- Languages: Proficiency in English + French is required, any additional EU languages is a plus.
