Business Analyst | €650 p/day | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid, Rotterdam | Must be Dutch and English speaking

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading energy organisation in Rotterdam on a 6 month contract. You'll be essential in shaping digital solutions that drive efficiency across the business.

Rate: €650 p/day

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Rotterdam (3 Days Onsite / Hybrid)

Languages: Must be able to speak Dutch & English!!!

Responsibilities:

• Define IT standards and analyze trends for strategic improvement.
• Evaluate business efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Document requirements, write specifications, and collaborate on IT solution design.
• Develop business cases and maintain functional roadmaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive business growth and deliverables.
• Support project planning, testing, and quality assurance.

• Someone with a strong understanding of business models, processes and IT solution design
• Proven track record in project management or IT implementation
• Drive for continuous improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the energy sector would be highly beneficial!!
• Demonstrated experience in complex BA projects
