About The Role

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the Mobile team for our product, SignNow.

In this position, you’ll manage a team of nine mobile engineers, including two team leads who report directly to you. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners and contribute to both product direction and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on management role combining technical planning, delivery coordination, and team development.

What You’ll Work On – Development:

  • Project planning, estimation, technical decomposition, and architecture decisions
  • Managing feature delivery and improving development processes
  • Maintaining team ceremonies and agile artifacts
  • Tracking and analyzing technical metrics after releases
  • Defining and monitoring performance indicators for teams and projects
  • Participating in incident analysis and implementing technical improvements
  • Managing cross-team communication and coordinating requests from other groups
  • Ensuring effective ownership of product areas in collaborative initiatives


What You’ll Work On – People Management:

  • Planning, hiring, and managing team capacity
  • Conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires
  • Providing regular, constructive feedback and supporting skill development
  • Setting and tracking progress toward professional development goals
  • Facilitating one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
  • Approving team-related requests (vacations, sick leaves, invoices, bonuses)
  • Promoting open communication and maintaining a motivated, inclusive team environment


What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development
  • 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating engineering teams (e.g., Tech Lead, Team Lead, Engineering Manager)
  • Expertise in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) development
  • Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Kotlin Multiplatform, Flutter) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the complete mobile development lifecycle — from architecture to release
  • Knowledge of secure mobile app practices and mobile security standards
  • Experience with Firebase and Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile applications and maintaining delivery pipelines
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing distributed or hybrid teams
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) development practices
  • A proactive approach and the ability to align delivery outcomes with company goals
