What are you going to do? At Nedap Healthcare, we develop products like the Ons Suite, Caren, Luna, and MediKit that make a real difference in the daily lives of healthcare professionals and the people they care for. We are looking for an experienced Agile/Team Coach.

We work in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams and Tribes, where we combine our knowledge and creativity to build solutions that matter. To do this well, we need strong collaboration, clear decision-making, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement. That’s where our Agile/Team Coaches come in.

As Agile/Team Coach you help teams, tribes, and individuals get better at working together. You support them in navigating complexity, spotting what gets in the way, coaching and advising in ways of working, and building habits that enable sustainable progress and improvement.

Your work is always demand-driven, you step in where the need is and adapt your approach to the context. Sometimes you’ll be facilitating a Retrospective or Value Flow session, other times you’ll be helping a leadership team sharpen their strategy or coaching a development team through in their way of working.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

  • Facilitate sessions that strengthen collaboration and development (e.g. Value Flow Sessions, Retrospectives, Kickoffs, Workshops, Trainings);
  • Work closely with other coaches and stakeholders to explore where collaboration can improve, how teams can better organize themselves and what hinders progress and how to unblock it
  • Help people see patterns, uncover dynamics and make leadership tangible;
  • Support teams in growing autonomy, ownership, and alignment across the organization;
  • Be a thinking partner for teams and leaders, contributing to the maturity of our way of working;
  • Facilitate strategy and roadmap events at Team, Tribe and Product/Suite level.

Your team

As Agile/Team Coach you will work together with the other Agile/Team coach: You regularly align, pair up, and share your craft. We believe in collaboration over individual heroics. Together, we shape how coaching is done at Nedap Healthcare and continuously develop ourselves – and each other.

Our offer

As Agile/Team Coach at Nedap, you will make a valuable contribution to our goal: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. In addition to your salary, you are entitled to a thirteenth month, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a shareholder of Nedap. At Nedap, everything revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also highly value personal and professional growth. You will receive a comprehensive introduction, and we encourage you to continuously develop yourself.
