My job, Our future
The IT Project Manager is a key member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) within the KHE Group IT organization. We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded professional to lead key Digital E-Commerce and IT transformation initiatives across Europe.
In the first phase, you will focus primarily on Terrako, Kubota’s European B2B e commerce marketplace for spare parts, which connects professional end customers with a trusted network of authorized dealers across multiple European markets. Over time, you will expand your impact by managing additional IT and digital projects within the Group.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, a solid understanding of e commerce and digital ecosystems, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse markets, languages, and technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Platform Management
• Lead cross-functional IT and digital projects from concept to launch — including marketplace onboarding, platform integrations, and system enhancements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, resolve blockers, and ensure successful and timely delivery.
Marketplace Operations & Platform Oversight
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Terrako marketplace across multiple European markets.
• Monitor platform performance, functionality, and customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to implement enhancements and updates.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and platform stability.
New Country Rollouts
• Plan and lead e-commerce platform launches in new European markets.
• Partner with local sales companies to understand business needs and tailor rollout plans to fit local market requirements and regulatory contexts.
• Ensure platform compliance with EU digital commerce regulations (GDPR, VAT, and platform-specific policies).
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as the central point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, sprint reviews, and progress updates with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, IT, Product Owners, UX/UI, Logistics).
• Maintain strong communication with regional leadership and cross-functional partners to align on priorities and manage expectations.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback to drive ongoing optimization.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketplace operations and enhance the customer experience.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT or e-commerce project management, ideally in a B2B or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, and data management.
• Familiarity with EU e-commerce regulations, data privacy (GDPR), and cross border logistics.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional project teams and agile delivery.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., German or French) are a strong plus.
• Certification in Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP is preferred.
Desirable Skills
• Experience with ERP (SAP), PIM, and OMS systems.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Magento, Salesforce CC, Shopify, SAP Hybris).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
