  • DECSKILL TALENT: Through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;
  • DECSKILL BOOST: Through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;
  • DECSKILL CONNECT: Through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.


We are searching for a BUSINESS ANALYST!


RESPONSABILITES:

  • Responsibilities
  • Deeply understand the agile methodology applied to HR operational systems and applications.
  • Translate conceptual requirements into clear and understandable functional requirements for technical teams.
  • Participate in the definition and review of requirements, ensuring alignment between all parties involved.
  • Identify needs and contribute to the design of new applications or the evolution of existing ones.
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of user tests.
  • Analyze and monitor business processes, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Participate in transformation projects and promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the updating and maintenance of operational procedures.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.


REQUIREMENTES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Administration or related field.
  • Experience in methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking.
  • Functional experience in HR processes.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proactive, proactive, and responsible.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of SAS, SAP/SAP SF is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage.
