Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a reference client in the technology sector, who aims to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a AI Developer (m/f).

Role:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions;

• Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful features and insights for model training;

• Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy;

• Implement and optimize AI/ML models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time inference;

• Conducting rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness, reliability, and generalization;

• Staying updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools, and evaluate their applicability to our projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience;

• Proven experience working as an AI Developer or related role;

• Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models and generative AI models in production environments;

• Experience in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python;

• Strong experience in machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn is a plus;

• Experience with cloud platforms and related AI/ML services including generative AI technologies;

• Strong communication and analytical skills;

• Great English skills, both written and spoken.
