🧭 How your role will evolve

🔹 Phase 1 – Operational and Implementation

• Take responsibility for assembly, service, machine integration, commissioning, and documentation.
• Improve existing machines and lines (process optimization, adding sensors, PLC logic, safety systems).
• Prepare technical solutions for sales projects and customer-specific adaptations.
• ➡️ Goal: Become the person who knows every machine, every standard, and every system integration inside out.

🔹 Phase 2 – Development and Innovation

• Start developing your own automation concepts (e.g., mini robotic packaging cell, pallet transfer system, etc.).
• Lead robotization projects for internal processes (e.g., AI visual inspection for packaging).
• Test new technologies and build proof-of-concept prototypes.
• Suggest new product lines or categories where Robomatis can differentiate itself.
• ➡️ Goal: Become the Head of Development with real product results and influence on the company’s direction.

🔹 Phase 3 – Strategic and Leadership

• Lead the entire technical department (service + development + automation).
• Define the company’s long-term technical vision – “Robomatis Automation 2030”.
• Manage cooperation with external partners (robot manufacturers, universities, R&D projects).
• Contribute to EU innovation programs, R&D grants, and patents.
• ➡️ Goal: Grow into the CTO (Chief Technical Officer) of Robomatis.

🔧 What we expect

• A practical engineer, willing to get on the shop floor and “get hands dirty”.
• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience (or strong interest) in automation, robotics, or machine integration
• Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Omron, Beckhoff) and basic pneumatics/electrical principles
• Understanding of industrial robots (UR, Dobot, ABB, Fanuc, etc.)
• Good English communication skills and Category B driver’s license

🌟 Advantages (if you have them)

• Experience with 3D design software (SolidWorks, Inventor)
• Familiarity with machine vision systems or sensors
• Basic knowledge of Python, ROS, or other scripting languages for robotics
• Understanding of CE standards and machine safety
