Are you ready to make a difference in the world of healthcare? As a Field Based Brand Manager (FBBM), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand within the Marketing Company. Under the guidance of the Franchise Lead, you'll develop and implement strategic and tactical plans that drive brand success and deliver impactful results for patients and healthcare providers. Your creativity and innovation will be key as you produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials, ensuring all activities are compliant and patient-focused. Covering your dedicated territory, you'll lead promotional activities and provide marketing leadership throughout the brand's lifecycle.
Accountabilities
- Planning of marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to deliver marketing and sales goals, and to build and maintain strong external relationships with KOLs.
- Management of promotional activities within your territory and customer accounts, and leadership of innovative brand strategies to ensure success and patient-focused outcomes.
- Creation of holistic, motivating campaign experiences for multiple audiences across key touchpoints to drive positive change in attitudes and behaviors
- Ensuring that brand activities comply with global standards, AZ’s Code of Ethics, and align with patient perspectives, safety, and product quality requirements.
- Implementation of a cross-functional account planning and customer engagement strategy for the Brand, regularly seeking cross-functional feedback and exploring new and innovative approaches.
- Implementation of engaging and effective brand strategies, anticipating market changes and identifying growth opportunities.
- Identification of priority target audiences and development of strategies to build the Brand.
- Generation of creative ideas and design of compelling campaign experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Utilization of diverse communication channels (face-to-face and digital) to connect with target audiences.
- Flawless execution of campaigns, with ongoing optimization to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of AZ products, competitive products, and relevant selling skills.
- Performance of all activities in accordance with AZ’s Code of Ethics and relevant policies, and with patient safety and product quality standards.
- University education preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Science, Biology
- Marketing knowledge consisting of product planning, market research and insights collection
- Pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience of approximately 2 years each, is preferred
- English and Slovenian language proficiency
- MS Office proficiency
