Product Manager

• Own the product lifecycle: From discovery and definition to delivery and iteration, you’ll ensure local user needs are met with impactful solutions
• Bridge business and tech: Connect the dots between Spain’s evolving business objectives and what our technology can deliver, translating complexity into simplicity
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholder teams to make fast, evidence-led decisions
• Deliver meaningful impact: Be accountable for ensuring what we ship solves the problems we set out to address, meeting our standards for accessibility, scalability, and user delight
• Participate in cross-territorial initiatives: Contribute to wider Octopus Energy efforts while making sure OEES’s voice and customer expectations are consistently represented
  

• Strong collaboration skills: You’re comfortable working with developers, designers, and stakeholders to bring clarity to complex challenges
• Balance short-term and long-term impact: You can navigate shifting priorities, manage trade-offs, and iterate pragmatically while keeping an eye on meaningful outcomes
• Data-informed mindset: You test assumptions, learn from outcomes, and adjust quickly, bringing humility and curiosity to every decision
• Hands-on with tools: Experience using Asana, Notion, Miro, Figma, and analytics platforms to plan, execute, and measure product initiatives
• Problem-solving focus: You enjoy tackling ambiguous challenges and translating them into actionable, high-impact solutions
• Proven track record: You have experience delivering digital products that solve real user problems, ideally in a high-growth, ambiguous, or startup-like environment
