The Manager, CPSO Launch Excellence is responsible for ensuring timely product launches into new markets. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and processes to guarantee that new products are launched successfully and in compliance with regulations. The manager focuses on improving supply chain processes and collaborating with different departments.
CPSO : Customer Partnership & Supply Orchestration
The project :
- Lead and execute activities for non-U.S. product launches.
- Collaborate with teams across regulatory, manufacturing, quality control, and supply planning to meet launch deadlines.
- Develop detailed plans for launch readiness and execution, including contingency plans.
- Track project milestones, anticipate potential issues, and escalate them when necessary.
- Contribute to global product launch teams and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor launches and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and documenting best practices.
Your profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or commercial field (or equivalent experience).
- 15 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing, regulatory, and logistics processes.
- Experience managing complex international projects.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Strong teamwork and ability to work in an international environment.
- Capability to manage projects independently and set objectives.
