Your Role and Responsibilities

• Odgovornost za vodenje projektne skupine pri zagotavljanju projektnih rešitev za stranko.
• Celostna odgovornost za upravljanje obsega dela, stroškov in izpolnjevanje pogodbenih obveznosti, ki vključujejo uporabo tehnik za načrtovanje, spremljanje, nadzor sprememb in obvladovanje tveganj.
• Odgovornost za upravljanje vseh projektnih virov, vključno s podizvajalci, in za vzpostavitev učinkovitega komunikacijskega načrta, s projektno skupino in stranko.
• Vzdrževanje aktualnega PMPO statusa in skrb za dodatna izobraževanja v skladu z dogovorjeno karierno potjo.
• Koordiniranje in vodenje projektne ekipe.

Zahtevane Kompetence In Znanja

• Napredno obvladovanje MS Office paketa.
• Sposobnost analitičnega razmišljanja in inovativnega reševanja kompleksnih problemov.
• Organizacijske sposobnosti ter zmožnost učinkovitega odločanja pod pritiskom.
• Kritično razmišljanje in kognitivna fleksibilnost za hitro prilagajanje novim situacijam.
• Sposobnost dela v timu, vključno s pomočjo sodelavcem ter mentoriranjem manj izkušenih članov ekipe.
• Pripravljenost na odgovorno in samostojno delo.
• Odlično poznavanje principov in praks projektnega vodenja.

• Izkušnje z zagotavljanjem tehnične podpore strojne opreme ali administracije za strežniške izdelke s poudarkom

• Izkušnje z OS Wintel/Unix/Linux in tehnologijami virtualizacije
• Osnovno poznavanje konceptov TCP/IP.
