Main Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-year SAP programs across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and ERP systems to deliver strategic business value
- Design and implement program governance structures, ensuring alignment with quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements
- Drive program execution through effective planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage program budgets and resources while coordinating multiple project workstreams
- Champion agile methodologies and best practices in project delivery
- Ensure successful transition to service management and application stability
- Monitor and mitigate program risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Experience leading large-scale SAP implementation projects
- Strong expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Advanced program management capabilities with proven stakeholder management skills
- Excellence in communication and team leadership
- Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or related degree
- Fluent spoken and written English
- PMP Certification is a plus
