Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Strategy Implementation Board and continuously enhance its effectiveness
  • Work with business stakeholders to prepare decision proposals for reviews, scaling initiatives, and product implementations
  • Ensure that prioritization remains transparent, traceable, and focused on outcomes
  • Identify obstacles early and collaborate with stakeholders to develop pragmatic solutions
  • Continuously evolve agile methodologies and system support while maintaining high-quality backlogs
  • Promote an agile culture through inspiring workshops, hands-on coaching, and meaningful KPIs


Your Profile

  • University degree or equivalent experience with a solid understanding of agile frameworks and principles
  • Several years of experience in a comparable role within an agile environment, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Proficient in Microsoft DevOps Boards and capable of translating complex topics into clear, actionable insights
  • Skilled at bridging business, IT, and management with confidence in both German and English
  • Clear, structured, and solution-oriented communicator, even under pressure
  • Experience in trading or complex operational environments is a plus, but curiosity and adaptability matter most
