As a BI & Analytics Engineer within the insight team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end data process — from data extraction and transformation to modeling and visualization.

You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and models that support business reporting and analytical needs, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and accuracy of the company’s Data Warehouse.

Main tasks & responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, Snowflake, and data base to ingest and transform data from multiple systems.
• Develop and maintain data models in the Data Warehouse to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs.
• Implement automated data workflows and metadata tracking to ensure efficient incremental and full data loads.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data models and dashboards.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Sisense for both internal users and external clients.
• Optimize data queries and models to improve reporting performance and reduce processing time.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all data layers.
• Support and document the data architecture, pipelines, and business logic for transparency and maintainability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI infrastructure, promoting best practices in data governance, automation, and reproducibility.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing BI infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge in SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL design and data pipeline orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and data base for data transformation and workflow automation.
• Experience with Sisense, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Proactive, autonomous and Self-motivated with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in other languages, such as Spanish or French, is a strong plus.
