The role
• Define and lead AI governance: policies, standards, model risk management, and review processes.
• Implement security and privacy controls for data and models (secrets, access, PII handling, auditing).
• Align with legal/compliance on GDPR and emerging frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF).
• Introduce evaluation, documentation, and approvals for AI releases (model cards, DPIAs, playbooks).
• Drive training and awareness; partner with Product/Engineering to balance velocity and safety.
What you bring
• MSc/BSc in Information Security/Computer Science/Law & Tech or similar.
• 7+ years in security, risk, or compliance; 3+ years in data/AI or model-driven systems.
• Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 controls, cloud security, identity, and secrets management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to implement pragmatic, developer-friendly policies.
• Professional English; Swedish or Finnish is a plus.
Nice to have
• Hands-on red teaming for LLMs, safety evals, or adversarial testing.
• Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSK) or experience establishing governance boards.
