What The Role Entails

Responsibilities:

• Support partnered development studios by assisting with project follow-ups and design discussions.
• Play and analyze a wide range of games across different genres and platforms, and share structured insights and observations.
• Conduct competitor research and basic game tear-downs based on team needs.
• Assist with collecting and organizing data, and conduct basic data analysis to support design evaluations.
• Help draft, edit, and implement game design documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for on-site or online studio work when required.
  
  

Who We Look For

Requirements:

• Keen gamer with broad exposure to different game genres and platforms (PC, console, mobile), able to form and express personal insights into gameplay.
• Strong passion for game design and publishing, with curiosity to think from both player experience and game design perspectives.
• Basic data analysis skills to support design insights with evidence.
• Good teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn and share.
• Bonus points for relevant coursework, prior project experience, or personal design work such as mods, custom levels, or design documents.
