We are looking for a .NET Developer / Scrum Master to join a technology-driven team building cloud-based solutions in Azure. The role is evenly split between hands-on backend development and Scrum Master responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to contribute both technically and as a team facilitator.

You’ll work with .NET, micro frontends in React, and microservice architectures. The position also includes CI/CD automation, containerization in OpenShift, and Infrastructure as Code using Bicep. You’ll apply TDD principles, modern design patterns such as CQRS and Event Sourcing, and drive continuous improvements in software quality and agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable .NET and Azure-based applications

• Lead and improve agile ceremonies and team collaboration

• Work with React micro frontends, integrations, and distributed systems

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Bicep)

• Containerize and deploy applications using OpenShift

• Ensure high-quality, test-driven, and resilient solutions

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or similar agile facilitation role

• Strong hands-on background in .NET development (Azure preferred)

• Knowledge of microservices and integration patterns

• Experience with OpenShift or similar container environments

• Proficiency in CI/CD, TDD, and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep)

• Familiarity with CQRS, Event Sourcing, and saga/outbox/inbox patterns

• Strong communication skills and an agile mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience in insurance or regulated environments

• Interest in AI-assisted development (e.g. GitHub Copilot)
