Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in analysis, with a strong focus on business analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering actionable insights.
• Skilled in facilitating communication and promoting collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficient in task tracking and project management tools.

Regulatory Knowledge

• Analytics frameworks: BABOK.
• Process and modeling notations: UML 2.5, BPMN 2.0.2, EPC.

Tools Expertise

• Prototyping: Figma.
• Task management and documentation: Jira, Confluence.

Deliverables and Artefacts

• Impact maps, user story maps, and customer journey maps (CJMs).
• Functional diagrams and work algorithms.
• Detailed use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Background in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

Activities and Responsibilities

• Organise and lead sessions to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and automation to optimise operations.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, functional specifications, wireframes, and diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
• Conduct analytical reviews and participate in user acceptance testing to confirm that solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and aligned with business goals.
• Support developers by providing the necessary information and feedback to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor task progress, ensure timely delivery, proactively resolve issues, and escalate matters when required.
